What it means
The road passes close to an airstrip or a flight path. The sign is there so that a low, loud aircraft doesn't startle you into a mistake.
What to do
Aircraft may fly very low nearby, usually close to an airstrip, and the sudden noise can startle you. Keep a firm grip and stay in control.
How to read warning signs
Warning signs are red-bordered triangles pointing up. They don't order you to do anything: they tell you what's coming so you can slow down and get ready.
More warning signs

- Hazard ahead
- Road junction ahead
- Junction ahead: stop or give way
- Junction ahead with road entering from right
