About DriveRush.

Who runs this site, what it isn't, and how we check what we publish.

DriveRush helps Kenyan learners memorise road signs for the NTSA test. There are two free trainers, the Pelican chart and 3D signs, plus guides to the NTSA test, the Model Town Board and driving schools. It's free, with no signup.

DriveRush is built in Nairobi by Gonasi, which makes software for learning the things people usually give up on.

Who we're not

We aren't the NTSA, and we're not affiliated with it or with any government body. We can't book your test, issue a licence or help you skip a step. If anyone claims to do that in our name, please tell us.

We aren't a driving school. NTSA requires learners to enrol at a licensed school, and DriveRush is something you use alongside it.

Where the signs come from

The chart and 3D models were made by the DriveRush team. The Pelican Signs name and logo are used with permission.

How we check facts

Fees, rules and test steps come from NTSA's own service pages wherever it publishes them, then from the Traffic Act and the Ministry of Roads road signs manual, and then from national press. Our guides show the date they were last checked and list their sources.

We say so when we can't confirm something, and we leave out what we can't support. If you spot a mistake, please tell us. Rules change, so always confirm anything important with NTSA or your driving school.
