Looking for an alternative to Dereva Prep, or trying to choose between the two? Both help Kenyan learners prepare for the NTSA test, but they're good at different things. We run DriveRush, so weigh this with that in mind. We've tried to be fair, including about where Dereva Prep is ahead.
DriveRush isn't affiliated with Dereva Prep. Everything about Dereva Prep here comes from its public pages, as they stood on 5 November 2026. It may have changed since, so check its site for the latest.

When Dereva Prep is the better choice
If you want to practise the Model Town Board on a screen today, Dereva Prep has a simulator and we don't yet. It also has a much bigger bank of theory questions.
When DriveRush is the better choice
If your priority is memorising road signs, that's the one thing we're built for. You can train on all 83 signs without paying or signing up, and you can spin them in 3D, the way you'll see them from different angles on the road.
You don't have to pick just one. Plenty of learners use more than one tool, alongside the driving school that NTSA requires.
